Star of the Sea Oven Beef Stew

Ingredients:

 
4 pounds of stew beef
5 stalks of celery
1 to 2 green peppers
1 can of beef broth
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
7 carrots
3 to 4 peeled yellow onions
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup of Minute tapioca

Cut beef and vegetables to your liking. Season to taste. Combine in large baking pan,
cover and bake at 325 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or potatoes. Can be frozen
and reheated. Serves 15-20
